Tushar Shanbhag

Tushar Shanbhag has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tushar is currently serving as the CPTO & Co-Founder of Relevvo, where they oversee product, engineering, and UX. Prior to this, Tushar worked at LinkedIn (A Microsoft Company) as the Director Of Products from 2017 to 2020. During their tenure, they led a new product pillar focused on enriching the Social Graph using AI, resulting in improved member engagement and revenue across all LinkedIn marketplaces.

Before joining LinkedIn, Tushar was the Vice President of Products at Arimo, Inc. (acquired by Panasonic) from 2014 to 2016. Tushar played a crucial role in establishing the product organization and scaling the company. Tushar also served as the Director of Products at Cloudera from 2012 to 2014, where they launched successful high-growth engines, Cloudera Navigator and Cloudera Director.

In their earlier career, Tushar held the position of Staff Manager of Product Management at VMware from 2010 to 2012. Tushar led vCloud Director and vSphere Storage Appliance to become lucrative businesses, surpassing revenue expectations.
