Carolina Echeverry has extensive experience in customer success and logistics management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success for LATAM at RELEX Solutions since August 2021, following roles as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Carolina worked at PepsiCo as a Routing Flex Specialist and spent six years at Pepsi Logistics Company, Inc. in various management roles. Additional experience includes serving as the Global C-TPAT Coordinator at Sanmina and a logistics coordinator intern at Mode Transportation. Carolina began her academic career at the University of North Texas, where a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management was earned, along with studies in Spanish.
