Laura Huuri

Laura Huuri has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Laura is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead for RELEX Solutions, where they lead a team of three professionals and manages the end-to-end recruitment process. Prior to this, they held a fixed-term role as a Manager of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment at Fazer, where they focused on improving the candidate experience and establishing best practices. Laura also worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Fiskars Group, where they optimized recruitment practices and ensured a positive candidate experience. Earlier in their career, they worked at Compass Human Resources Group, focusing on executive searches, and at Tekniikan akateemiset TEK as a Career Coach, providing career counseling and coaching for members. Laura has additional experience as a Career Coach at Spring House Oy and as an Education Coordinator at Aalto University and The Municipal Department of Education/City of Oulu. Laura's diverse experience in talent acquisition, coaching, and education coordination makes their a valuable asset in their current role.

Laura Huuri obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from the University of Lapland, with a focus on Education, Educational Psychology, and Management Science. Laura also attended Charles University for one year to study Education. Additionally, they completed their matriculation examination at Kemijärven lukio. Laura has obtained additional certifications, including a SHL Certificate from SHL and Cut-e (Personality, motivation and cognitive skills / online assessment tool) from cut-e Group.
