Olka Penttilä

Olka Penttilä has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Olka began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service representative at Posten Logistik SCM Oy and later worked as a Logistics Coordinator at DHL. In 2010, they joined Markkinointi Suomela Oy as a Sales and Office Assistant.

In 2011, Olka worked as a Research Assistant at the Turku School of Economics - Department of Marketing and International Business (SCM).

Olka then moved on to become a Supply Chain Coordinator at ratiopharm from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Olka joined Mehiläinen as a Procurement Specialist, responsible for tendering, sourcing, supplier evaluation, and risk analysis in the medical devices field.

Olka then joined Unilever in 2015 and held several roles, including Demand and Supply Planner, Supply Chain Project Specialist, Planning Team Lead, and eventually Planning Manager, where they were responsible for S&OP forecasting, inventory levels, and demand planning teams.

Since 2019, Olka has been with RELEX Solutions, where they started as a Business Manager, leading project delivery and consultancy teams. Later, they became the Head of Continuous Services, responsible for customer satisfaction and growth in the Finnish and Baltic markets. Currently, Olka serves as the Head of Global Project Methodology.

Olka Penttilä completed their Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the Turku School of Economics, Turku University from 2007 to 2013. In 2010, they participated in a student exchange program at Universidad de Lima, where they focused on the same field of study. Prior to their university education, they attended Mäkelänrinne High School from 2004 to 2007.
