Tom Strauss has a diverse and extensive work experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Tom is currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at RELEX Solutions, where they lead a team focused on acquiring top talent and promoting employer branding. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at the same company.

Tom's earlier roles include Lead Recruiter at Arqiva, where they were responsible for recruitment in Group Finance and the Satellite & Media business area, and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ericsson, where they led recruitment projects and campaigns across Region Western and Central Europe.
Tom began their career as an Account Manager and Recruitment Business Partner at Project People, managing multiple accounts and delivering contract and permanent resource requests for Ericsson, Three (Finance), and Talk Talk.
Tom started their professional journey as a Recruitment Consultant at Martin Ward Anderson (now part of Randstad).
Tom Strauss attended Staffordshire University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport & Leisure Management.
