Johanna Marie Drece

Johanna Marie Drece, MDM, currently serves as a Course Development Coordinator at Reliability Academy since February 2023, and holds the title of Scholarship Ambassador at R2 Reliability Pty Ltd. In previous roles, Johanna completed a Master's in Development Management at the Asian Institute of Management in 2022, and worked as an Alumni Ambassador at Teach for the Philippines, contributing to the Department of Social Welfare and Development's flagship programs during the pandemic. Additionally, Johanna was a Teacher Fellow for two years at Nangka Elementary School, enhancing literacy and socio-emotional skills among students, and managed the city-wide NangKalusugan program for public schools in Marikina City. Earlier experience includes working as a Planning and Project Development Officer at the Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization, assisting with funding proposals. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines and additional studies in Secondary Education at the University of Pangasinan.
