Crl Greg Whightsil

Greg Whightsil, CRL, currently serves as E&I Process Manager at Reliability Solutions, leading the quality of product delivery and overseeing facilitator development and performance since January 2021. In addition, Greg has been a dedicated electronics instructor at Illinois Valley Community College since August 2004, teaching various courses in electronics and measurements. Prior experience includes roles as Maintenance Manager at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Allegion US, and PetSmart, where Greg utilized expertise in automated systems and equipment management to enhance process uptime and product quality. Greg's educational background includes a Master of Technology in Facilities Planning and Management from Illinois Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology from Northern Illinois University, and two Associate degrees in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Engineering Technology from Illinois Valley Community College.
