Diane Holder has extensive work experience in the utility industry, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Diane is currently the VP of Entity Engagement and Corporate Services at ReliabilityFirst Corporation, where they oversee corporate functions and manages relationships with government bodies and industry stakeholders. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Pennsylvania American Water, ensuring the safe and reliable delivery of clean drinking water. Diane also worked at Duquesne Light Company in multiple positions, including Director of ADMS, Chief of Staff to the CEO, Director of Engineering & Programs (interim), and Director of the Operations Center. Diane'sresponsibilities included overseeing T&D projects, asset management, and the safe operation of the local power system. Earlier in their career, they were a Manager of External Affairs at FirstEnergy, where they developed relationships with local officials, managed public and media relations, and served as a liaison during major outage events.

Diane Holder has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include a Leadership Development Course - Graduate from Leadership Washington County, which they obtained in September 2015. Diane also has training in FEMA Incident Command System and National Incident Management System, obtained in November 2013. Furthermore, Diane Holder holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification which they obtained in July 2006. Lastly, they have a certification in Fundamentals of Engineering obtained in November 1993.
