Drew Ozanne is a seasoned technical recruiter with extensive experience across multiple high-technology industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Reliable Robotics Corporation since October 2025, Drew focuses on developing safety-enhancing technology for aviation. Prior to this role, Drew was a Senior Technical Recruiter at True Anomaly, where innovative technology intersecting spacecraft, software, and AI was developed. Experience at ICON involved advanced construction technologies, while tenure at Rivian encompassed full-cycle recruiting for electric vehicle software engineering. While at Verkada, Drew led technical recruiting initiatives and implemented scalable interview processes, contributing to the company's progression from Series B to Series C funding.
