Kranthi Varma

Kranthi Varma has extensive work experience in the field of HR management. Kranthi is currently serving as the HR Manager - Global Operations at proSkale since August 2022. Prior to this, Kranthi worked as the HR Manager - Global Operations at Reliable Software starting from September 2018. Before joining Reliable Software, they worked as an Assistant Manager HR at Pyramid SoftSol Pvt Ltd from January 2016 to August 2018. Kranthi also served as a Sr. Associate HR at Prolifics Corporation Limited from June 2014 to January 2016. Kranthi's career in HR started at Planman HR Pvt Ltd, where they served as an Assistant Manager HR from April 2008 to August 2013.

Kranthi Varma began their education in 1999 at Alpha public school, from which they graduated with a high school degree in 2000. In 2006, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Planning and Management, where they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on HR. Kranthi completed their MBA in 2008.
