Herbert Lasrado has extensive experience in customer service management and operations, currently serving as Hub Head at Reliance Communications since December 2002. In this role, Herbert oversees the entire customer life cycle, leading a team of Customer Project Managers and Service Managers to ensure efficient processes from acquisition to post-delivery services across various Telecom Circles. Responsibilities include managing customer service SLAs, feasibility studies, process mapping, infrastructure planning, and workflow construction. Prior to this position, Herbert held roles as Zonal Head of Customer Service Management at Reliance Communications and SC Manager at SITA, alongside managerial positions at CMC LTD and a scientific assistant role at TIFR Bombay. Educational background includes a degree from the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, completed in 1989.
