Karim Elsabee has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Karim co-founded ZeroCarbon in 2023, where they currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, they held the position of CEO at Reliance Group - Egypt, Reliance Mining, and Reliance Gold. Karim also served as the Executive Vice Chairman at Reliance Logistics, where they played a significant role in managing the logistics operations. Additionally, they were the CEO of Reliance Investments from 2015 to 2023. Early in their career, they worked as a Business Development Manager at DYMK Mining & Industrial Investment from 2002 to 2005.

Karim Elsabee has a diverse education history. Karim completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from the American School of Kuwait in 1994. After that, they pursued higher studies and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo, which they attended from 1994 to 1999. In order to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of business administration, Karim obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The American University in Cairo between 2002 and 2006. Later on, in 2019, they engaged in executive education focused on Business Management at the University of Chicago.
