Paula Weldon, PMP

Paula Weldon, PMP has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Paula began their career in 1984 as the System Operations Manager, IT at Medford Clinic, p.c. In 2002, they joined Plexis Healthcare Systems as the Vice President Product Development (Engineering). In 2013, they were the Director Of Operations at Reliance eHealth Collaborative, where they were responsible for new organization start-up activities, system procurement and setup, staff interviews, hiring processes, and oversight of day-to-day operations of the Reliance, its staff, and projects. Additionally, they developed and implemented strategic HIE strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Paula Weldon obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BS) in Innovation and Leadership from SOU Innovation and Leadership Degree in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Rogue Community College, studying Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In February 2023, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
