Brian Locke

Brian Locke is an experienced professional in the mortgage and real estate industries, currently serving as Vice President of Collateral at Reliance First Capital, LLC since June 2010. Previously, Brian held the position of President and CEO at Valucent Corp., a firm specializing in real estate appraisal and collateral risk consulting. Additionally, Brian was Managing Director at Pinnacle Acquisitions, LLC, which focused on the buying and selling of loan portfolios and REO notes. Earlier in the career, Brian served as AVP Appraisal Review Manager at Delta Funding Corp. Brian's academic background includes a degree from The City University of New York, completed between 1990 and 1994.
