Prior to this role, Hugh Miller held the position of President and CEO at Fidelity Mortgage, Delta Funding Corporation, and Delta Financial Corporation from 1982 to 2008. Hugh Miller earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Washington and Jefferson College between 1981 and 1985.
