Garima Shukla has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to human resources. Garima most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Reliance General Insurance, where they oversaw workforce planning and deployment, performance management, compensation benchmarking, rewards and recognition, HR analytics, and HR digitization. Prior to that, they held roles such as Head of Talent and Rewards and Associate Segment Head of Total Rewards and Talent Management at the same company. Before joining Reliance General Insurance in 2013, Garima worked at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where they served as a Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager of HR, focusing on HR generalist responsibilities such as talent acquisition, payroll, employee engagement, and communication. Garima began their career as a Summer Intern at Tata Teleservices in 2007.

Garima Shukla obtained a PGDM degree in Human Resources from Jaipuria Institute of Management from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their B.Sc. degree in Botany and Zoology from ISABELLA THOBURN P.G. COLLEGE from 2003 to 2006.
