Pradeep Pagade

Pradeep Pagade has extensive work experience in the engineering and technical support fields. Pradeep worked as a Chief Engineer at Rashtriya Chem. & Fert. Ltd. in Mumbai from 1982 to 2006, where they provided technical support services for a large fertilizer and industrial chemicals complex. Pradeep'sresponsibilities included troubleshooting, yield improvement, energy reduction, benchmarking, and auditing. Pradeep also focused on profit and system improvement.

Following their time at Rashtriya Chem. & Fert. Ltd., Pradeep joined Reliance Industries' Refinery Complex in Jamnagar in 2006. Pradeep served as a Vice President, providing advanced technological and process engineering support for the refinery. Pradeep'srole also involved offering engineering support for new investments and conducting engineering checks for vendor technology to stretch capacity.

Pradeep Pagade obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, between 1974 and 1979.
