Ashish Jain

Ashish Jain has extensive work experience in the insurance and banking sectors. Ashish currently serves as the Head of Distribution Strategy & Analytics at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at Aviva India, including Vice President & Head of Strategic Initiatives, Deputy Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, Associate Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, and Senior Manager of Distribution Strategy. Ashish also worked as a Program Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Associate, where they focused on implementing performance management frameworks, developing performance dashboards, and training and developing sales teams. Additionally, Ashish gained experience in cost analysis and improvements during their time at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management.

Ashish Jain has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they completed their BCom H degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University's Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce. Additionally, Ashish Jain obtained a certification in the Advanced Management Program for Banking and Insurance Professionals from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in July 2021.
