Bhama Ramaswamy

Bhama Ramaswamy currently serves as Vice President for Projects in the Face to Face Channel and Vice President-Head of Learning & Development for the Transformations Office at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since May 2022. Prior to this role, Bhama held the position of Zonal Operations Head at Max Life Insurance Company Limited from May 2021 to May 2022. Bhama's experience also includes a tenure at Vodafone as Assistant General Manager/Retail Service Head from December 2015 to January 2019, and multiple roles at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co. Ltd, including Regional Head-Operations for North and Kerala & Tamil Nadu from June 2013 to November 2015. Additionally, Bhama worked at Max Life Insurance Company Limited from February 2006 to August 2013 as Regional Head for Operations and Customer Service, and started a career at Aviva Life Insurance as Assistant Manager-Branch from October 2004 to January 2006. Bhama Ramaswamy holds an MBA from the IIBM Institute of Business Management and a BA in Economics from St. Teresa's College, Ernakulam.
