Danny Dsilva has extensive work experience in various industries, including insurance, banking, healthcare, and customer service. Danny currently holds the position of Vice President - Operations - Renewals at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where they manage a leading insurer and is responsible for assets under management, office operations, and advisor management. Prior to this, they worked at HDFC Bank as Lead - Customer Success Programs, where they developed and implemented processes for non-managed portfolios. Danny also served as the National Head - Persistency Management & NPS Renewal at Future Generali India Life Insurance, where they focused on business quality, renewals, and managing teams. Additionally, they held managerial positions at Atos Syntel, Cognizant Technology Solutions, OMC Services, Tata AIG Life Insurance Company Ltd, Aditya Birla Minacs (Transworks Information Services), GTL Limited, and Tata Tele Business Services, where they were involved in various roles related to operations, project management, customer service, and team leadership.
Danny Dsilva has an education history that includes various programs and degrees. In 1991, they attended St Pius X High School in Mumbai for their secondary education. From 1991 to 1996, they studied Zoology and earned a Bsc degree from the University of Mumbai. In 2007, Danny completed the Leadership Development Program at the Tata Management Training Centre, where they focused on business simulation, product design, and market.
In 2007, Danny also attended PM Soft Consultancy and became PMP certified through the Accelerated Project Management Program. Danny gained knowledge in project design, planning, implementation, and controls. In 2012 and 2013, they pursued an MBA Professional degree from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, specializing in marketing, strategy, and operations.
Danny took part in the QAI - Project Management Institute - PMI USA Project Management Program - Advance in 2015, concentrating on core project management concepts. In the same year, they also completed the Mastering Workflow Series at GTD - David Allen franchise, focusing on getting things done.
Lastly, in 2016, Danny participated in the Generali - Excellence Program - Hongkong and obtained a GenX Red Belt. This program provided him with knowledge in Six Sigma, project design, and business quality.
