Ladwa Srinivas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ladwa started their career as a Management Trainee at Arvind Mills in 1999. Ladwa then worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercer from 2000 to 2004, and later joined Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant in 2004. In 2005, they became the Vice President and Head of Compensation & Benefits at Royal Bank of Scotland. From 2010 to 2015, Ladwa served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Deutsche Bank, where they played a key role in defining and implementing HR strategies. Their responsibilities included leadership development, rewards, employee relations, and diversity initiatives. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of HR Business Partner for the Corporate & Investment Banking division at Deutsche Bank. Finally, since 2017, Ladwa has been serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance.

Ladwa Srinivas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanics and Repairers, General from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Following this, from 1997 to 1999, Srinivas pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis International University.
