Rakesh Bihari Gautam

Rakesh Bihari Gautam has over 16 years of experience in the insurance sector, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since April 2007. In this role, Rakesh manages the day-to-day operations of 13 branches with a team of 28 members in the North Bihar under the Muzaffarpur region, focusing on customer retention, surrender management, and achieving renewal business targets, evidenced by recognition through the Toppers award for year-over-year performance. Rakesh also provides support to a diverse sales team across various channels including Agency, CDA, TPD, Banca assurance, and Face to Face. Prior to this, Rakesh held various positions at GTFS Multi Services Limited from July 2005 to March 2007, starting as an Executive and advancing to roles that involved customer care and team leadership.
