Deborah Sucic

Deborah Sucic is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Since June 2018, Deborah has served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Reliance Matrix. Prior to this, Deborah worked at Novartis from October 2012 to June 2018, initially as a Human Resources Business Partner and subsequently as a Senior Human Resources Specialist. Deborah's earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Hess Corporation and as a Human Resources/Recruiting Project Specialist at Prudential Financial, where Deborah held the title of Senior Staffing Associate for part of that tenure. Deborah began her career as a Human Resources Assistant at Silverline Windows in 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Villanova University.
