Katherine Leweling-Wilkening

Katherine Leweling-Wilkening has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the insurance industry. Starting in 2002 at MetLife, they worked as a Disability Case Manager and later transitioned to roles such as Disability Resource Specialist and Client Services Consultant. In 2008, they became the Director of Strategic Planning before eventually becoming a Group Benefits Sales Account Executive. In 2012, they joined Reliance Matrix as a Regional Service Manager, where they oversaw and managed service and sales support staff. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Assistant Director of Field Services and Director of Service & Client Management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of National Accounts Service at Reliance Matrix, leading a team of regional service managers and focusing on high client satisfaction and profitable persistency.

Katherine Leweling-Wilkening earned a BA degree in Political Science and Pre-Law from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1998 and 2002.
