Prithwijit Mukherjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management across various sectors, including finance and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Service & Digital Operations at Nippon India Mutual Fund since August 2022, Mukherjee focuses on enhancing customer experience through diverse channels and leads a Customer Experience Committee. Since May 2013, Mukherjee has also held the position of Head of Customer Service at the same organization, overseeing comprehensive customer service operations and successfully generating significant assets under management. Prior roles include leadership positions at Bharti Airtel Limited, ICICI Bank Limited, Reliance Communications, and prominent hospitality establishments.
