Emily Lyon has extensive experience in recruitment and employee programs, currently serving as the Benefits and Employee Programs Manager at Edge OFS Holdings, LLC since December 2019. Prior to this role, Emily worked as a Corporate Recruiter/HR at Reliance Oilfield Services and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at QuadTwo Capital Partners, where responsibilities included recruiting for professional, investment, financial, and corporate positions while consulting with hiring managers on staffing needs and strategies. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality from Oklahoma State University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
