Gaiana Victor has extensive experience in business systems analysis and IT management, currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. since September 2018, where responsibilities include leading process improvement changes and developing automation using the ServiceNow application. Prior roles include ITSM Analyst/Change Manager at California State University, Office of the Chancellor, overseeing IT infrastructure changes and managing the Change Control Process, and Senior Application Analyst at Alemba, addressing customer service issues for North America. Gaiana also worked at Hewlett-Packard as an SAP PI Technology Consultant and Incident Manager, enhancing incident management processes and achieving significant compliance results.
