Tom Welch

Tom Welch has a work experience in various companies and roles. Tom worked as the Director of Benefits at Reliance Steel & Aluminum starting from April 2010. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Benefits & Human Resources Finance at Hilton Worldwide from May 2004 to May 2010. Tom Welch completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, from 1972 to 1976. Afterward, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, from 1979 to 1981.
