Jeff Lam

Jeff Lam has extensive work experience in various industries. Jeff began their career in the military, serving as a Communications Officer on the USS Ashland and later as a Damage Control Assistant on the USS San Jacinto. After their military service, they worked as a Joint Telecommunications Operations Center Watch Officer in the United States Navy.

Following their time in the navy, Jeff worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, where they provided assistance to individuals in achieving their financial goals. Jeff then transitioned into the field of flavors and fragrances, holding roles such as Logistics Manager at International Flavors and Fragrances and Director of Compounded Flavor Manufacturing at Robertet Group.

In 2020, they joined Agilex Fragrances as a Senior Director Of Operations. There, they played a crucial role in managing operations until 2023. More recently, they have taken up the role of Sr. Director of Operations at Reliance Private Label Supplements.

Outside of their professional work, Jeff also dedicated their time as a volunteer at FareStart, a culinary job training and placement program for homeless and disadvantaged individuals, where they assisted the kitchen staff in preparing food for homeless shelters in the Seattle area.

Jeff Lam attended Interlake High School from 1995 to 1998. Jeff then went on to study at the United States Naval Academy from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics.
