Mihir Gandhi is an accomplished professional in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Director of Research & Development and Quality Control at Reliance Private Label Supplements since March 2021. Prior experience includes key roles at The Nature's Bounty Co. as Senior Scientist and Manager of Research and Development, where Mihir led the formulation of nutritional supplements and developed solutions for manufacturing challenges. Previous positions as a Formulation Scientist at US Pharma Lab and Product Development Scientist at Unique Pharmaceutical Laboratories further highlight Mihir's expertise in product development, formulation engineering, and collaboration with multifunctional teams to ensure high-quality manufacturing processes.
