Kristi Smith Bsn Rn

Kristi Smith, BSN, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristi recently joined Reliant at Home as the Director of Clinical Quality and Education in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Clinical Manager ADON at Reliant at Home/Home Health from February 2016 to November 2021. From May 2014 to January 2016, Kristi served as the Director of Nursing at Aviator Home Health. Kristi started their nursing career in 2013, working as an RN at Nurse On Call from October 2013 to May 2014, and at Priority Home Health Care, Inc. from January 2013 to May 2014.

Kristi Smith BSN, RN completed their education in the field of Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Kristi began their studies at the University of South Florida in 2002 and continued until 2003, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Following this, they attended Illinois State University from 2003 to 2006, where they furthered their education in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and obtained another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
