Brian Benedict, MBA, CCUIP has a diverse work experience spanning several reputable institutions. Brian began their career at M&T Bank in 1987, where they served as Vice President-Cluster Manager for over a decade. In 2002, they joined Genesee Regional Bank as Senior Vice President/Compliance & Administration, and remained in this role until 2007. Brian then transitioned to Reliant Community Federal Credit Union, initially serving as Senior Vice President of Lending Services, and later assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In their current position, Brian oversees accounting, finance, ALM, lending, consumer lending, home equity, residential mortgage, business lending, and collections.

Brian Benedict, MBA, CCUIP has an education history that includes earning a BBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University from 1980 to 1984. Prior to that, they obtained a Regents Diploma in Business and Science from Perry High School from 1975 to 1980. Later on, they pursued further education and completed an Executive MBA from St. John Fisher University from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their degrees, Brian Benedict has also obtained the certification of CCUIP (Certified Credit Union Investment Professional) in September 2017.
