Stephanie Guerin

Stephanie Guerin is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing leadership. Currently serving as the Market Chief Nursing Officer at Reliant Hospital Partners, LLC since February 2015, Stephanie oversees clinical operations for two facilities in the Austin area, managing over 130 full-time equivalents within a combined 135 rehab and skilled nursing beds. Prior to this role, Stephanie was a Charge Nurse on a 39-bed medical surgical unit at St. David's HealthCare, where responsibilities included direct patient care and assignment management based on acuity. Stephanie also worked as a Registered Nurse at Metroplex Health System, contributing to nurse staffing and clinical initiatives. Educated at Central Texas College, Stephanie holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing.
