Lee Goade

Lee Goade is an experienced project manager and real estate professional with a robust background in construction and property management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sea Pointe Construction since November 2016, Lee specializes in overseeing high-end residential remodel projects in Orange County, California, managing schedules and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously. As an Affiliate Real Estate Broker with Reliant Realty, LLc. since 2010, Lee has focused on residential sales and property management. Previous roles include owner of HOMEWORK LLC from 2002 to 2016, and Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, and Lead Carpenter at Southland Constructors LLC, where project management for commercial structures was emphasized. Lee began the construction career at Heartland Construction as Superintendent, primarily focusing on concrete contracting and coordinating various trades.
