Emily Rampmaier has a diverse work experience in the field of speech-language pathology. Emily started their career in 2007 as an SLP at National Home Health and then moved on to Nexion Health in 2008. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Director and clinician at Gamble Guestcare. In 2015, they held multiple roles including State Advocate for Medicare Policy (StAMP) for Louisiana at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and also served as a CE Administrator to ASHA at LSHA And Reliant Rehab. From 2016 to 2019, they were the President of Louisiana Speech Language Hearing Association. In 2019, they joined Reliant Rehabilitation as the Vice President of Clinical Services. Moreover, they are also a member of the Gerontology Professional Development Committee at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Emily Rampmaier earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from LSU-S in 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist at LSU-HSC in Shreveport.
