Alyssa Ratz

Alyssa Ratz is the Vice President of Customer Success at ReliaQuest, a position held since June 2019, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing security for enterprises through its GreyMatter platform. Prior to this role, Alyssa served in various capacities at InnerWorkings from February 2015 to June 2019, ultimately rising to the position of Director of Customer Success. Alyssa's career began at Augeo Marketing as a Production Assistant from June 2012 to February 2015, and included experience as a Public Relations Intern at SUNY Oswego. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego, completed in 2012.
