Dede Franks

Dede Franks is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate People and Human Resources Manager at Relias Healthcare since October 2020, Dede also held the position of Human Resources and Benefits Coordinator. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at The Family Resource Center of Northeast Mississippi from August 2017 to October 2020 and HR Manager at Norbord from January 1995 to August 2017. Dede's expertise encompasses the development and implementation of HR operations, benefits administration, payroll management, employee training, and compliance with EEO, ADA, Disability, and FMLA regulations. Dede holds an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal from North East Mississippi Community College and graduated from Tupelo High School.
