Mitchell Cox has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Mitchell is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Relias Healthcare since June 2019. Before that, they held the same position at Community Health Systems from July 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Community Health Systems from May 2015 to June 2018. Mitchell's career began at KPMG US in February 2010, where they worked in Audit and Federal Tax until July 2013.
Mitchell Cox has a Master of Accountancy degree in Taxation from the University of Mississippi. Mitchell also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in Accounting and Finance from the same university. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant, with a certification obtained in June 2015 from the Mississippi Board of Accountancy. Mitchell also holds an inactive certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Tennessee Board of Accountancy, obtained in April 2011.
