Tina Krebs

Tina Krebs currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Afya and Alliant International University. As the Chief People Officer at Relias since August 2016, Tina leads various functions including HR, IT, and Revenue Enablement while implementing strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement and process optimization. Previous roles at Relias include VP of Client Care and VP of People and Organizational Development, where Tina was part of the Executive Leadership Team and contributed to acquiring and integrating new companies. Tina's earlier experience includes a partnership at ScottMadden, Inc. and a technical role as a Reservoir Engineer at Shell Oil. Tina holds an MBA from Duke University and has completed executive education programs at Harvard, Stanford, and INSEAD.
