Alison M.

Alison M. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alison began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at the City of Surrey in 2010. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Radical Entertainment in 2011 before moving on to volunteer positions as an HR Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator at the Women in Leadership Foundation. In 2012, Alison joined Capcom Game Studio Vancouver as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they worked until 2014. Following this, they worked at the Toronto International Film Festival in various HR roles, including Coordinator, Senior Coordinator, and Manager of Human Resources. Currently, Alison is employed at Relic Entertainment, where they started in 2019 as a Talent Partner, then progressed to HR Manager, and is now serving as the Human Resources Director.

Alison M.'s education history begins in 2006 when they attended The University of British Columbia. Alison obtained a BA degree in Art History during their time there, which lasted from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Alison enrolled at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Alison pursued Human Resources Management from 2008 to 2009 and also earned a Management Certificate in Business Management at the same institution during the same time period.

Additionally, Alison obtained the CHRL certification from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) in October 2010.
