Daniel Barrero

Principal Programmer at Relic Entertainment

Daniel Barrero is a highly experienced professional in the field of computer graphics and programming, currently serving as Principal Programmer at Relic Entertainment since March 2005, where prior roles included Lead Rendering Programmer and Senior Graphics Programmer. Before joining Relic Entertainment, Daniel was a Post-doctoral Fellow at Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal from September 2002 to February 2005, focusing on research in virtual reality, scientific visualization, fluid dynamics, and combustion simulation techniques. Daniel holds a PhD in Computer Science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and a combined B.Eng and Ms.Eng in Computer from Universidad de Los Andes completed in 1996.
