Amin Rashidifar

Amin Rashidifar has over 10 years of work experience in the design industry. Amin started their career at BeyondVIP in 2011 as a User Experience Designer. In 2013, they joined Lexicon Labs as a Senior User Experience Designer and then later as a UX Designer. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at PayPal as a Lead UX Designer and Senior UX Designer. In 2021, they joined Ripple as a Lead Product Designer. Currently, they are the Head Of Design at Relief App, where they are responsible for crafting a user-centered design vision and direction, setting the north star vision for the design system, process, and tools, and managing and executing day-to-day operations of a design team.

Amin Rashidifar obtained a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction Design from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and International Business from California State University, Los Angeles. Additionally, they have a certification in Leading Creative Ideation from Cooper.
