Carla Bray, MBA, is an accomplished professional in health economics and market access with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare sectors. Since April 2020, Carla has served as a Senior Manager at Boston Scientific, where responsibilities include overseeing health economics and market access for cardiology and interventional pain solutions. Prior to Boston Scientific, Carla played a key role at NeoTract (now part of Teleflex) as the first Reimbursement Access Manager, contributing to the launch of a strategic field reimbursement program. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Regional Reimbursement Payor Policy at Intersect ENT, Inc. and as Senior Manager of Health Economics & Reimbursement at Medtronic, focusing on coverage policy development and provider education. Carla holds an MBA from Webster University, alongside managerial leadership training from Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southern University.
