Stewart Black

Stewart Black is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, as well as in strategic consulting for various industries. Currently serving as Chairman of Active Minds, Stewart has been instrumental in developing human-centered activity products for individuals living with dementia since 2014. Prior roles include CEO at Gourmet Gulf LLC, Chief Operating Officer at PizzaExpress and Dawn Farm Foods, and Vice President for R&D at YUM! Brands, where significant growth and profitability were achieved. Stewart has also worked as an independent consultant and mentor focusing on strategic and commercial optimization for startups and multi-site businesses while actively participating as an angel investor. Stewart holds a BSc (Hons) in Food Science from the University of Strathclyde.
