Uttam Biswas

Uttam Biswas has worked in the software quality assurance field since 2011. Theirfirst role was as a Software QA Engineer at ServicEngineBPO from 2011 to 2012. In this role, they reviewed tasks and tickets, reported all work, and wrote test cases for new projects and existing live projects. In 2012, they moved to ReliSource, where they held three different roles over four years. As a Principal Software Quality Assurance Engineer, they communicated effectively with business and development teams, took part in sprint planning meetings, established QA process and test environment, and designed test plans and strategies. Uttam also held the roles of Sr. SQA Engineer and Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2016, they moved to Jaxara, where they held the role of Sr. SQA Engineer. In this role, they collaborated with customers and other team members to define requirements, designed and developed HTML mock-ups, designed and developed functional test cases, estimated test effort and time, and performed functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.

Uttam Biswas obtained their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Dhaka in 2010. In 2021, they earned a Python (Basic) certification from HackerRank. Uttam is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
