Chantelle Nicholson is a distinguished chef and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Founder and Chef Owner of Apricity Restaurant since November 2021. In addition, Chantelle occupies various leadership roles, including Ambassador for Chefs in Schools and Patron for Hospitality Action. An Independent Board Member and Audit Committee Member at ReLondon since August 2020, Chantelle focuses on promoting a circular economy and reducing waste.
