Anupam Srivastava

Anupam Srivastava has a diverse work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Currently, they are the Head of Global Product/Tech HRBP, Global Talent Acquisition, and India HR at Reltio. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Xperi Corporation from 2014 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at PayPal from 2012 to 2014. Anupam also held the position of a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Yahoo! from 2011 to 2012. Anupam Srivastava started their career as a Senior Recruiter at Intuit Technology Services from 2006 to 2011. Anupam began their professional journey as an Account Manager for Recruitment at VATI from 2003 to 2006, where they handled hiring for various clients and developed a tool for hiring data analysis.

Anupam Srivastava completed their education with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from ABES Engineering College in the years 2000-2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electronics from the University of Allahabad from 1996-1999. Additionally, they have also obtained certifications in Manage Mentor from Harvard Business Publishing and Agile Leadership in the year 2014.
