Donald Graff

Donald Graff is a seasoned professional in scientific affairs, currently serving as the Head of Scientific Affairs for North America at RELX International since January 2021. Prior to this role, Graff held similar positions at RELX Technology and served as Principal Scientist at JUUL Labs. With extensive experience in tobacco research at Celerion and a background in pharmacology from the US EPA, Graff also possesses a robust academic foundation with post-doctoral fellowships at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where Graff earned a PharmD.
