Adam Zhang has worked for three companies, starting in 2008 with Keppel FELS Ltd. In this role, they held three positions: Lead Consultant, Project Superintendent and Production Superintendent. In 2016, Adam moved to DiDi, where they were a Senior Operations Manager for Car Sharing, PMO for Uber China, and Product Operations Manager for Uber China. In 2018, Adam joined RELX Technology as Head of Business Risk Management, Head of Customer Care, and Head of Projects. In their role as Head of Customer Care, Adam led a team of dedicated team leaders and was focused on providing customers with professional and heart-warming service, as well as driving continuous improvements in service standard and customer experience.
Adam Zhang obtained their B.Eng (Mech) in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace) from Nanyang Technological University Singapore between 2003 and 2008. Adam then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy from the same university between 2011 and 2015. In April 2021, they received their COPC Certified Customer Experience Implementation Leader certification from COPC Inc.
