Carolyn Waterhouse

Carolyn Timmons Waterhouse has extensive experience in information security and customer experience management, currently serving as Senior Information Security Program Lead at RELX since January 2017. In this role, Carolyn oversees internal FTC and SOX governance compliance audits and successfully managed a large-scale migration to a SaaS identity management tool for over 35,000 employees. Previously, as Team Lead for Customer Experience & Executive Support, Carolyn led a team in developing innovative engagement strategies and established the Global Executive Meeting Support team. Carolyn's earlier positions include roles in HR coordination, technical recruiting, and member services, complemented by a solid educational background with a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Business Management from the University of Dayton.
